What happens when I place an order?

  1. All orders are sent through to production at 2 pm each working day (Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays).
  2. The manufacturing process varies depending on which material you choose for your tailored mats.
    • Carpet usually takes 3-5 working days, at busy times it can be up to 7 working days
    • Rubber takes up to 5 working days, at busy times it can be up to 7 working days
  3. When your order is ready to be despatched you will receive an email either on the evening of despatch or the following day by lunchtime.
  4. Most orders are shipped with EVRI Next Day parcel delivery.
  5. Some orders based on the delivery postcode will be shipped with Evri standard service, details of which are affected can be found here.

Special notes

  • If you have ordered more than one item they will most probably be shipped separately and possibly on different days if they are made from a different material.

Our returns policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with the product or find you have ordered the incorrect product for your car, please contact us via our website and we will endeavour to resolve your query or arrange for you to return the item to us where required. If you have ordered the wrong mats for your vehicle, we will exchange these for the correct mats if you return the incorrectly ordered item to us. We offer a no-quibble 60-day returns period.

Please note, with regard to any returned items. The company does not cover the cost of any return postage and we are not responsible for any damages that occur whilst an item is being returned.

Upon receipt of your returned goods. We will issue the agreed refund to your account within 3 working days.

Our cancellation process

Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email as soon as possible to inform us. In the event that an order has already been shipped please refuse the item on delivery and ask for it to be returned to sender.

Products with defects

Please contact us via email within 7 days of receipt of your order if there is any fault with regard to the floor mats supplied. When contacting us via email please provide as much detail as possible regarding your query and include a photograph showing any issue, along with the vehicle details and registration, and send to [email protected] in order for your issue to be dealt with quickly and efficiently.
